Carriers & Safety
-
Cats must arrive and leave in a secure, purpose-designed cage or carrier.

Cats cannot be brought on harnesses, in other boxes, or carried in arms.
-
While on AliCats property, cats must remain securely in their carrier until placed in their designated pen.
-
Only solid (hard) carriers may be left in the pen with your cat.
-
Fabric or soft carriers must be taken home at drop-off, as they can pose a safety risk if left unsupervised.
-
Carriers should be lined with a puppy pad or other disposable liner to manage accidents; AliCats can provide one if needed.
-
If a cat soils their carrier on arrival, owners may be asked to assist with initial clean-up to minimise stress to the cat. All supplies will be provided.
-
All collars must be removed prior to boarding.

AliCats does not offer daily updates.
-
Updates are usually sent twice weekly (most often Mondays and Thursdays) via WhatsApp, including photos and videos where possible.
-
To receive updates via WhatsApp, please send a message on the day of drop-off from the number you’d like us to use. This helps us manage messages efficiently and ensures no one is missed.
Abandonment
-
In the event a cat is not collected at the end of the boarding period and the owner cannot be contacted, AliCats may deem the cat to be abandoned and will take appropriate steps to ensure the cat’s welfare, including rehoming if necessary.
Social Media
-
AliCats may share photos or videos of boarding cats, including their name, on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
-
Owners who do not wish their cat to appear on social media must notify AliCats prior to boarding.
